If you've got a family member of  friends going to Vietnam, tell them to buy this very useful knife- available in the market usually. It can be used as a peeler, slicer, grater all sorts!.. Bought mine years ago during my visit and been using it ever since, Kerabu mangga is never so easy and perfectly cut . The Vietnamese eat a lot or fresh raw vegetables with their main dishes and they are prepared and sold at the market in their simplest form using this knife.
