Soft Goat's Milk Sausage Man Tao

300 gm wheat flour
2 teaspoon dry yeast
8 teaspoon sugar
140 gm fresh goat's milk (room temperature)
10 sausages of your choice (I use English breakfast chicken sausage)

In a bowl, mix the dry yeast with sugar and milk.
In a separate bowl put in the flour. make a well in the middle and pour in the yeast and milk mixture. Knead until soft . The dough should not stick to your hand or bowl. Cover with a damp cloth and wait until double the size. Divide in 10 equal parts. Roll each part into a rope and twist around the sausage. Steam for about 20 minutes.
